How we work

First, we get to know the business.

We ask which systems you depend on, where staff lose time and what obligations you need to meet. Recommendations follow that discussion.

Start a conversation
01

Listen and take stock

We discuss your goals, review the systems you depend on and identify the risks or recurring problems that need attention.

02

Agree on the work

We set out the scope, responsibilities and decisions you need to make, including how any handover will work.

03

Keep improving

We review the work with you, explain changes in risk and recommend improvements as your organization develops.

Working together

IT support and security, considered together.

A recurring support problem may expose an access issue or a gap in recovery planning. We look beyond the immediate fix when the evidence calls for it.

Help for your people

Staff have a support contact, and issues are tracked through to resolution.

Systems kept in good shape

Maintenance and monitoring help us identify faults, overdue updates and recurring problems.

Backup and recovery

We check what is protected, how it can be recovered and who is responsible if an incident interrupts work.

Governance and compliance

We help you assess risk, set policy, document responsibilities and prepare evidence for management reviews, customer requirements and audits.

For the people behind the screens

Training your team can use.

We teach staff how to handle suspicious messages, payment requests, account access and sensitive information. Sessions can also cover the safe use of AI tools.
